Pepper and Addy Rutter are the Co-Directors of West Yorkshire based Addy Rutter Media (incorporating Addy Rutter Casting) which provides both cast and crew for productions, as well as support and consultancy services to the film industry.
As well as being a member of the selection committees of several film festivals, Addy is also the Director of the Bite the Mango Film Festival and is a member of the Project Team for the Bradford City of Film.
A regular speaker renowned for building diverse audiences, Addy is a big supporter of BME films and filmmaking, as well as supporting new filmmakers. He regularly sits on various interview panels for short film and digital shorts applications.
The agency is run on a day to day basis by Pepper.
