Hi, each users page does have it's own URL, but I agree that it's not very user friendly and could be shorter. It's a good point and something that I will try and alter ASAP.

I wondered why, when I Google my name, I get the Gallery page, rather than my name page?  I'd like to be able to tell people just to Google me, and there I'd be.

Hi Barbara,

I notice that your main page comes up just below it. It could be that your username does not have a gap 'BarberaSpevack'. This is the first thing that is read on your profile page where-as on the gallery page there is only a small amount of text and your name appears with the gap. 

So google reads it easier. You could try adding you name a few more times thoughout your profile copy. This may help.
